Please enter your Client Log-in user name and password for access to the Special Client Booking Facility.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please enter the Booking Reference Number and your last name.
Room Assignments
Please assign your guests to their rooms. Nominate their names to each room.
You have nominated multiple rooms; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all rooms. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.

Booking Policy

Payment:             Full payment will be processed 3 days prior to arrival

Cancellations:      Free of charge until 3 days prior to arrival

Cancellation fee:  No refunds within 3 days of arrival

No show:              No refund

Check in:              After 2.00pm

Check out:            Before 10.00am


Terms and Conditions of Stay:

The tariff is based on the number of people confirmed, extra charges apply for extra guests.

Prior to arrival you will receive an email with self check in instructions.

Outstanding amounts will be charged to the credit card we have on file and a tax invoice/receipt will be emailed if requested.

Lost keys incur a $30 charge.

Rooms are to be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Charges apply for unreasonable extra cleaning.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking. $200 charge applies for cleaning services due to smoking.

For the comfort and interest of all our guests we have a No Noise Policy between 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise will be treated as a domestic disturbance - police will be called and eviction will be exercised.

Free WiFi is available in all rooms, you will receive your login and password with your self check-in instructions.
