How can I book a room?
Booking a room is easy, simply enter your dates and click ‘Book’ on our homepage to see our live availability and best rates.


How do I get the guaranteed best rate?
Always book direct with us to get our best rate – on our website, by email or by phone.


Can I get a Corporate rate?
Yes, we offer Corporate rates to our regular business guests.  Please email or phone us to make your first booking, then we will provide you with login details to book anytime on our website. Read more here (link)


Can I make a group booking?
Absolutely!  We host many groups that return year after year.  Golf weekends, tour groups, family reunions – give us a call to discuss your needs and special rates.


What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is by 10am. If these times don’t meet your needs, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requested check-in/check-out time.


What are your reception hours?
Reception is open Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 9am to 2pm, except public holidays.  An after hours phone service is also available for all in-house guests.


Can I check-in after office hours?
Yes, we provide self-check-in instructions to all guests, giving you the freedom to arrive and check yourself in any time after 2pm.


What if I need to cancel?
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, provided that this is done up to 3 days prior to arrival, you will not be charged. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival there is no refund.  Of course we are happy to discuss special circumstances with you, just give us a call.


Do I have to pay a deposit when I book?
We do not require a deposit for the majority of the year. All we need to secure your booking is a full name, email and home address, contact number and valid credit card details. No payments are charged to your card until 3 days prior to arrival.  If you are arriving with 3 days of making your booking, we will charge your card when we receive your booking.


Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in all rooms – you will receive your password with your self check-in instructions.
 

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we have two universal access rooms sleeping up to 3 people in 1 king and 1 single bed, or 3 single beds.  These two rooms are on the ground floor with ACROD parking at the door and have roll in bathrooms.


Are you family friendly?
Definitely, just don’t expect to leave the kids with us! We have family rooms sleeping up to 4 people with one king or queen bed and two single beds.


Is there a baby cot available?
Yes, subject to availability we can provide a portacot in your room for $25 per stay, including a fitted cot sheet.  Please let us know when you are booking and bring all other bedding you need.


Is there a kitchen in my room?
All rooms have a simple kitchenette with small fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and glasses.  We also provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk in all our rooms.


Is breakfast included?
We don’t have facilities on site to provide meals, but you will be just steps away from fabulous cafes and restaurants for all you dining needs.  [Read more here] [link]

Supermarkets are also nearby if you prefer to buy supplies for breakfast in your room.


Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample free parking on site.


How close is the Margaret River town centre?
We are the only motel in the heart of Margaret River, just 100 metres from the main street!  You can leave the car here and walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries, boutique shops, supermarkets and there’s even a brewery and a distillery within walking distance.


If I do not bring my own car, what transport can I use in Margaret River?
There is no public transport or Uber service in Margaret River.  To visit attractions out of town, we highly recommend you book tours, taxis or private driver services before you arrive.  During peak times taxis can be difficult to access.
